Saturday walk

No working day in Saturday

but I got other task to be done

first

wake up online as usual

after that prepared myself going out to take my Touch and Go card which can save lot of money using it to travel to work

after preparing go down stair have my breakfast and reading newspaper

then walk to the train station to collect my card

along the way my girlfriend SMS me call me to meet up her sister

so after I take my card go to KLCC have my walk

and I can go to Maybank see whether is open so that I can make my report

after reaching KLCC the bank is open so happy faster make my report about my old Touch and Go card which didn't manage to get the reload amount

but the officer said need take around 1 month

I was like is ok...at least I can get back my money

after 10 minutes settled

then go walk around in Kinokuniya and before leaving buy some bread for my girlfriend and her sister

then went to Times Square to look for my Gundam Qanta

when I in the shop I can't get the model except the Cute version and the other one which cost me RM159 too expensive so I decided to buy the Cute version first

after that go meet up with my girlfriend sister and accompany her back home

pass those food and my old Touch and Go card to her to pass to my girlfriend

after that went back home alone

and is a good thing that I manage to get back home early

raining day

and I manage to keep all my clothes

avoid getting wet

5th day of working day

Early in the morning reach office sit down there and read newspaper

after that start work

first work same as last time inter company reconciliation

finally done

cause others only senior know how to do

after that

they call me do account of customer after they made their payment

do all the listing

and posting to their account in the software

which doing all these make me OT the first time

but didn't get the OT pay

so just have fun doing the job

3rd Day & 4th day

Sorry for not updating for the previous day forgot to update just thinking of Mahjong

anyway

on the 3rd day what I did was the same thing

like doing Reconciliation among subsidiary

and do some very URGENT case

such as

FOLD LETTER
well is kinda important to all those customer

so just fold thousands of paper or letter

and put into the envelope

at first don't have glue

then borrow from my senior

but his glue too "HARD" to use

as like broken then I spilled some glue out

then just use those glue to stick those envelope

anyway did that past 2 days

For today

same first doing reconciliation of inter company

then after awhile do some URGENT thing again

which have to

list out everyday transportation

well I do it really slow

due to some error in the computer

but after lunch did it quite smooth and manage to finish it

after that just help to write something and call senior sign

after that so boring and nothing to do the time to go home

after that meet up with my girl

and we went to Sushi king to Lou Shang

first time in this year I have it

really nice

Second day of work

For the second day of internship

let's share what I had did

at first one hour is really boring and nothing to do

after arranging

tonnes of work coming

the first thing I did was to write the check receive into cheque note

I actually did wrong

but they accept to

because there is nothing wrong in my way

but just troublesome and inefficient

after that have to print all the invoices out from SAP software

until here I went for lunch with few very funny seniors

they share lot of things with us talking this and that

really funny

after that come back to work

then attach all the printed invoices with the supporting document to ensure everything correct from the book keeping

then I completed it

after that a more confusing job

which is reconciliation among inter company balances

this one I just did half way the other half need to do tomorrow

is really confusing

have to think base on lot of way

from our company itself

and also from other company

it should be easy

maybe just time to go back home make me no mood to continue work

but anyway will try my best

First day office working experience

Of course like everyone first day of working sure nervous,

i spend my night calm down my mind and preparing for today work

as first day I really go there very early people start work at 8.30a.m. but I reach at 7.30a.m.

really nervous what to do

so after waiting and waiting

finally got one human resources department girl shown up and brief us

and I with another girl was brought by one officer to our department

first go in have to see our department boss which is the finance department manager

have a chat

then go out start some work

they are using their own computer software

so is kind of hard to catch up

but I able to follow so happy

then work and work

finish our first task then lunch

at first I was thought have to go for the expensive one

but luckily my friend brought to a mamak which is a cheaper place

after that then going back to work

and one of the colleague told me actually there is a canteen

tomorrow must go try

after my lunch another girl call me to do some trade receivables thing

at first I got it balance

then have to resize it which take a couple of time

which done everything is time to go back

so that's the end of the first day of working experience

have to gain more experience and learn more

Chinese New Year Celebration

Yesterday was the first day of Chinese New Year,

just took some picture of my first day wearing

then on the first day just went to grandparents house

really long time didn't meet all those relatives

and say hello get to chat with them

is really fun actually

miss all those times

after all the visits and went back home rest

and preparing for dinner buffet

my family all went to my relatives house

which I didn't follow cause I went to my other relatives house

so I with there met with relatives which

and say hi, having fun

just very enjoy for this days

Today is the second day

have to visit some more relatives

be happy always

Finally finish my dental treatment

Today go back to the dentist to double check

after checking then repair again the other teeth and

complete my front teeth

so happy now

can ready celebrate for new year
