Saturday Activities

Wake up this morning plan to hang out with my girlfriend as she book my day

when I'm reaching there, I purposely lie her that I'm still at home since she wanted to give me some surprise so is better for me to give her some before she did

so really got her a shock which was a success to me

after that I'm really surprise that my two sisters are in KL

WT......

I don't know they coming also, but my girlfriend is the one who know first..

BUT is alright

so we just hang around have our breakfast

and hang out with my sisters together with my girlfriend

after that I bought present for my birthday friend who actually have a party tonight

just bought him a Manchester United T-shirt

that's the very good day

besides also bought Christmas presents for my siblings

FIRST TIME

hope they really like it

so after that have some drinks and both my sisters went to one of my sisters friends house who going to celebrate her birthday.

After that sent them back, and I hang around with my girlfriend and walk with her to the train station and sent her back while I was waiting my old friends who had a very long time didn't meet

I will named him MR CHONG

so thats the end of first part

Came to second part, after I met Mr Chong, we take all the train to meet all the friends

and together we went to our friend birthday party

Well, actually this is a very unique birthday party for me, because is the first time it was held in an orphanage home (I think so) cause really don't know the actual name of the home.

First, I step in, it was like WOAH, children, old folks, and all the people over there is living there happily can feel the caring, a very kind and sweet feeling among them, which really touched my heart.

I feel really sympathy when I saw each of them, but they are strong even though they are still a kid. I can feel they are trained when they are young, I really hope that this world do really exist more and more home like this which have a subsidize by the government, which really will able to reduce the orphan in our country and let them have a chance to gain more knowledge.

Sometimes, I feel like life is tough, but look at them I really feel like how lucky I am have a really good family care and share of love in a home. I really can't imagine their situation, that is why I'm so impress of their guardian over there can share their love provides their love to these children. I know my friend has a very tough life when he is in his childhood, but he is really one of my best friend. I can feel a lot of his very good attitude, a very nice guy. I feel very proud to have this kind of friend which is so friendly and I get know of him because of this party due to lots of his friends share everything about him on the stage make me have a better understanding of him.

Well, along this party all the kids sing song for him, make performance for him (should be take lots of hard work and affords inside) IMPRESSIVE

they have a very good presentation skill even though they are young which is also a very good thing they sing song mostly and talk all their feelings about my friend and it was a very warm hearted situation.

Well, maybe I'm not so friendly in class (I think so) that all my friends say me I have a really bad social skills (ADMITTED), I don't know the reason behind, all these while I know lots of friends from college investment groups, sharing out knowledge (LEVERAGE) and my college events friends and also try to know more friends. Maybe I'm really don't have a good impression to all my classmates except my group mates which make me feel better.

After the party, we went to PJ to have our supper

and there we share lots of stuff regarding to our course(since all of us different courses now)

eating, watching Manchester United match against Blackburn score 7-1 Manchester leading which top score by Berbatov (REALLY A NICE MATCH)

Inside, which I really remember

talking about a student which have a RM8000 for his monthly expenses

Imagine I got that and put into shares which is to invest

I found that I said something wrong to my friends which make me feel so guilty now

actually there is a possibility to earn 40% from a share if u invest in a growth market share

which I found that I shouldn't said that to my friends

it should base on strong fundamental, market industry analysis to ensure that this share can have a stable growth and most importantly the way of the investment skill of an individual person which I should share more to him (BUT I DIDN'T APOLOGY ABOUT THAT)...

I learnt my lesson (THINK BEFORE YOU SAID A WORD)

Besides,sometimes, I really unable to share some of my knowledge with them,

as there is some feelings told me, I will wrong

which I think is my confident level not high enough

which I really have to learn more on this part

I need to improve

I'm really happy that I got a really good girlfriend who always support me

teach me to be confident

which I will start to learn more and more each day

I guided by a really knowledgeable person,

I learn more from him will help me to gain more knowledge

I really appreciate everything that surrounding around me

I got person who guiding me teaching me sharing with me all the knowledge

I got my a very good partner who always support me

and also the most importantly my family who always support me

really love and appreciate all of you

I will continue work hard and be a successful person in the future

by applying all my knowledge in my academic and also my future working environment

P/E Ratio

Today interest group talking about P/E ratio

how are we going to use the P/E ration to determine the future share price

although is expectation but is far more accurate than other stock valuation methods

P/E ratio = Price / Earnings per share

at first we must determine what is the highest and the lowest P/E ratio for the company

and the we must get the industry P/E to determine the benchmark compare with the P/E of the company

let's say lowest 4 highest 10

we must know the EPS of the company as in quarterly

and also their previous EPS

so that we can estimate what is their estimated future EPS

base on historical date and also market outlook of the company

whether he is in boom market or any catalyst that affect him

Let's say

Qtr 1 EPS = 2

Qtr 2 EPS = 3

Qtr 3 EPS = 3.5

Qtr 4 EPS = 2

Base on historical data show that Qtr 2 and Qtr 3 will be high EPS

therefore when we forecast future

Given the Qtr 1 EPS of future is 2.5

seems increase

so the estimated

Qtr 2 EPS of future will be 3.5

Qtr 3 EPS of future will be 4

and Qtr 4 of EPS of future will be 2.5

all these base on self estimation

to be more accurate is better to ensure the market outlook and the news of the company

it might decrease instead of increase

Base on the estimated EPS to determine the price of company in the future

Let's say estimated EPS 2.5

then times with the lowest and highest P/E

lowest= 10 highest = 20.5

this is the price range in the future since P/E times EPS = Price of the share

so if the amount of share now is 21 it is overvalued better not buy it so fast

if the amount is below 10 it is undervalued so we can invest in the company
