Investor Attitude

I read a lot of books related to investment

but when come to buying stock

the feeling of fear really will come in

of course we need to be really certain what we want

if we want to make a proper investment first we must invest in a good company

which have a growth in the future

first I understand is using calculating P/E not over 10

really need to analyze lot of thing

base on a simple annual report

we need to analyze cash flow of company

how the company manage risk

how the company using their cash

and their growing such like revenue, sale and their expansion

APPETITE

personal investment is different

different people got different appetite

for myself of course I want a very safety investment

such like earning dividend

I always say these to always mentioned to myself

an investment is an investment

you want your money to work for you

no losing your money

don't simply speculate( speculate with certain amount)

make sure what you want have your own direction

have your own decision

and manage your portfolio properly

most importantly not overconfidence

no people can control an efficient market

just need to be sure what you want

Life in Wisma Genting

Life in Wisma Genting really let me learn lot of thing

on the first day go in here

know a new friend named Chin

after that know senior named Tenny

and lot, lot, lot more friends which is all senior

and they really treat us very good and taught us lot of thing

the most I remember is the way of people communicating with each other

and how's people reaction

when some attitude problem of someone

and really lot of thing

after that I have been assigned to a department GUSS

senior really taught me lot of things about accounts

about complaint by customer

and teach lot of things to me

although I made lot of mistake

but they really taught me how to correct it

and taught me more detail

and came in a new Executive of mine named Poh Li

but we often call her SAE

and she is the one taught me about statutory account

just learn lot from there

about consistency and detail on every single line of the accounts

really learn lot of things

after this came into team work

really lot of nice and good memory

just appreciate so much and store in my mind

Tiring

Well these two days didn't update my post

due to tiring of these few days

although tomorrow is the last day of my training period and end of my contract

but really is a very valuable memory for me

and my senior brought me and my friend for a farewell lunch together with one senior

which taught me lot of things

really happy that learn lot of things here

today lunch in Island Bistro and my senior treat me drink

so nice...

Learning and Growing

Wake up early in the morning as usual

prepare going to work

and working doing things as usual

as update customer data

pick up some payments

doing the same things but more challenging

after having dinner with my girl

sometimes I was thinking...

about future

about everything I got

really have to appreciate

don;t wait until its too late

I think lot of things

I want a bright future for my family and also my child if I got in the future

Working day in the first day of last week internship period

Today is a normal day for me as in office

just feel very sad that going to end to work in Genting

lot of memory here

and I haven;t gave out the souvenirs that I bought to all my seniors

have to wait for a right moment

and my senior just treat me a lunch

Accompany my Girl home

Today is Sunday

but still my girl need to work to rush all her job

really pity her

so decided to went over to her office area to enjoy some hi tea

at the same time waiting for her

enjoying my hi tea at Secret Recipe

enjoying this cup of cappuccino espresso blended with chocolate indulgence

really enjoy and reading books

and also waiting my girl

then raining heavily suddenly

and waiting for her even longer

until then her senior brought us back

really enjoy waiting her

and happy I got the chance went to her office

Seminar on Saturday

Well actually I found this really seminar really nice

from a company name Noesis

which basically provide those who going to take some professional paper

like CFA which are one of the company that provide

this kind of service

and I found lot of information

planned to take CFA in the future

I wan learn more and grow more knowledge of mine

really know lot of things and learn lot of things

from the management team people

will try to get more information from them

2nd Last week in Genting

Well 3 months times really pass very fast

today is the 2nd last week I work in Genting

really learn lot here

and know about how people work in a corporation

and learn lot about a corporation

although its simple

but its really valuable memory for me

thanks to all my senior

really appreciate a lot

will miss you guys too

Calling Calling Calling day

All I'm doing today is just so call trained my communication skill

learning to call all the customer

talking regarding their account problem

and I'm also get scolded

just want to explain

but is ok

this is the process of learning also

Working life

I realized lot of things today

at first I thought friend really can be trusted in an office

but after what happened today of my senior

I changed my point of view

is hard to know a person heart and what the person is thinking

my senior is always good with us

after she left we only realize everything

then I start to think deeply

how about in the future of my work

how am I going to trust people

after thinking deeply

if we don't have friends in office we really hard to survive

that is why we need to pick a right friends is kinda hard but we have to try our best

working in an office is not as easy as it seems like

really lot of conflict

politics and all sort of problems

really have to be having a strong confident, psychological mind

really need to overcome each every single problem that came to us

be happy everyday

think positively

these experience really hard to get

but I really learned

and share my history with my senior

she say I'm doing great..I'm really happy bout that

as people shared knowledge with me

I will also share mine with others

Doing the same task Bank Recon

As practice makes perfect

I start to master the way of doing it

and start analyse with my senior

and found lot of error

just start to learn how to adjust those problems

really fun and enjoy

sometimes a thing really hard

just need to focus and learn

another thing is heard lot of my senior going to resign

and went for their new job

really miss them though I'm going to end my internship

but really will miss them too

this weekend really have to go buy some souvenir for them

Well as today doing the bank reconciliation

still first time doing it

and took me lot of time doing it

and still can't balance it

don't know what my task for tomorrow

will try my best to do it

Late wake up Sunday

As I busy for the whole week

I have to spend most of my time sleeping on Sunday

after wake up at 12 noon

start on my computer enjoy watching back my anime

and start doing my homework

which help my senior and my friend analyse for this two company

and haven't discuss with my friend

after that did some research on next week market

have to read my books that borrow from my friend

have to return back to her soon

Saturday Outing

Well this week think everyone went to PC fair

but for me just went around KL area

first walk to Pavilion to collect the movie ticket RIO

really a nice movie

you guys should watch too

talking an adventure about an animal which going to distinct

after collecting ticket

than waiting for my girl while I bought her some stuff

and after we met

went for movie

went for bubble milk tea

went for buying some cute and nice stuff

and some daily needy stuff

although I'm really tired

today is a nice shopping and outing day

Today is a really simple and nice day

doing all things my own

after that my senior really wanna train me become analyst

assign me a task which need to read big 5 stacks of thick files

and analyze the frequent complain by the customer

and report to her

and I did it

still need to learn more

Raining Day

After working whole day,

working on statutory account

and some amendments

then have dinner with my girl

after that when is the time coming back home

suddenly rain very heavily

by the time I reach my place

there is a very long queue of people queuing for taxi

and luckily there is a lot of taxi coming by

and I get in the taxi

and got back home safely

just got myself some wet

Tiring

As these few days really in sickness condition

and

feeling eat all the medicine make myself more tired

but my friend said anitibiotic medicine won't be tiring

is I think too much

it might be

after awhile I found that after some time pass after I took the medicine

it going ok

maybe I really thinking too much

just be happy and wait to recover

so working today learning lot things which is new to me

and just master some of the task that I did before

Slowly recovering

I slowly recovered from my sick

really need to get well as fast as possible

my girl want to eat sushi

so far everything around still considered OK

as everyone realized market going down recently

Fall sick

I really start to fall sick yesterday night

after that this morning wake up really blur and can't sleep well

but I still went to work as usual

reach there

all my senior said my face very"chan"

or look not feeling well

so that advice me to go back

but I refuse

after lunch and finish all my stuff on hand

then went for a doctor

and she said that my body just over heat...

nothing much

but my headache really pain

she say just normal reaction from the body

then she gave me some medicine

and went back to home

Farewell to my senior

Well today is the day where my senior left her current job

as working in Genting Malaysia

and she going to join another company soon

she is really a very kind and friendly senior

really good to met her and be as part of her friend

really happy when caring each other

funny, sweet, sad, happy, anger

just appreciate every single friend around us

Travelling working hour

Well why I named this title

Seriously not to believe

I walked up and down in my office to finish each of the task

going down to bank and up to find some other departments senior to sign something

and up to other department to take my slips

and walk up and down just to sent up and pass up each form

really tiring

thats why it is a travelling working day

Leaning new thing and gaining new thing

Well for working today

I learn lot new stuff

about how a company issue a reminder

to their customer

as the first time doing it

and really hard to got the way for it be done

but after several time questioning my senior and understand it

find it really easy

every single letter got a flow to be followed

and it really fast after understanding it

and after coming back

friend called out and went for a discussion and tea time

well really enjoy about sharing with each other

and when my friend ask about my future

I can't really sure said it out

is not I not sure

is because I lack of self confident

I am very sure I want to be a financial analyst or I want to be an auditor

or just a normal accountant

and of course I want to be an outstanding want

for sure I want to be a financial analyst

I am who I am

I know what I want

and I really want to be one of the top leaders

and my friend convince me

by saying that

People is a very incredible living things

as what you want you will really want to get it

as Edisson also tried 10,000 times of experiment before he really success in inventing light bulbs

as it is a two days program

and is FOC for student

this event is held in KLCC

in the Convention Centre

so is really good to learn things here
